ZedPins (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by an independent developer based in Pakistan. ZedPins is accessible at zenspiro.com/zedpins. This page explains what information we collect when you use ZedPins, how we use it, where it is stored, and the choices available to you.
Information We Collect
We collect only what is necessary to provide the service.
- Account information. When you sign up using Google Single Sign-On, we receive your name and email address from Google. We do not receive or store your Google password.
- Pinterest account data. When you connect your Pinterest account, we access your pins, boards, board sections, and account analytics through the official Pinterest API. This data is used solely to operate ZedPins features on your behalf. We do not access or store data belonging to other Pinterest users.
- Uploaded images. Images you upload to schedule as Pinterest pins are stored in cloud storage (Cloudflare R2) for a period defined by your active subscription plan. Images are permanently deleted when your subscription period ends, when you delete them manually, or when you delete your account.
- Usage data. We collect basic technical data such as actions taken within the app, error logs, and feature usage to operate and improve the service.
How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your ZedPins account
- To connect to your Pinterest account and perform actions you request, such as scheduling and publishing pins
- To store uploaded images temporarily for scheduled pin publishing
- To send transactional emails such as pin failure alerts, team invitations, and subscription notices
- To improve the reliability and performance of the service
Third-Party Services We Use
ZedPins is built on and integrates with the following third-party platforms. Your data may pass through or be processed by these services as part of normal operation.
- Cloudflare Workers and D1 — application hosting and database storage
- Cloudflare R2 — image file storage
- Google OAuth — account sign-in
- Google Gemini AI — AI-generated pin title, description, and alt text suggestions based on uploaded images
- Resend — transactional email delivery
- Paddle — subscription billing and payment processing. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record and handles all payment data. We do not store your card details.
- Pinterest API — pin and board management on your connected Pinterest account
We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
Data Retention
- Account data is retained for as long as your account is active
- Uploaded images are retained for the duration defined by your subscription plan and deleted automatically when that period ends
- On account deletion, all data including database records, uploaded images, Pinterest tokens, and team member accounts linked to your subscription are permanently and immediately deleted. This action is irreversible.
Team Members
If your subscription includes team member (Scheduler) seats, you may invite other users by email. Invited team members sign in via Google SSO and their account data is stored and managed under your subscription. When your account is deleted, all associated team member accounts are also deleted.
Cookies
ZedPins uses session cookies required for authentication and to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Pinterest OAuth tokens and API credentials are stored encrypted and are never exposed to client-side code. We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no system is completely immune to security risks.
Children’s Privacy
ZedPins is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of ZedPins after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
