These Terms and Conditions govern your use of ZedPins, operated by an independent developer based in Pakistan and accessible at zedpins.zenspiro.com. By creating an account or using ZedPins, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The Service
ZedPins is a web-based Pinterest management tool that allows users to schedule pins, manage boards, track pin performance, and generate AI-assisted pin copy. The service is provided on a subscription basis with a limited free trial period.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create a ZedPins account. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including activity by any team members you invite. Keep your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately at support@zenspiro.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
- ZedPins offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Pricing is displayed on the pricing page at the time of signup.
- A free trial period is available on signup. Trial limits apply as described on the pricing page.
- Payments are processed by Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record. All billing, tax, and payment queries should be directed to Paddle’s support.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- If a payment fails, your account will be locked immediately. Scheduled pins will be paused and will resume upon successful payment.
- If you cancel mid-cycle, your access continues until the end of the current paid period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
- We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use ZedPins only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Pinterest’s own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You must not use ZedPins to:
- Post content that is illegal, harmful, misleading, or violates the rights of others
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to ZedPins systems or another user’s account
- Use the service in any way that could damage, overload, or impair its infrastructure
- Resell or sublicense access to ZedPins without written permission
- Upload images or content to which you do not have the necessary rights or permissions
6. Pinterest Integration
ZedPins connects to your Pinterest account via the official Pinterest API. By connecting your Pinterest account, you authorise ZedPins to create pins, read boards, and access analytics on your behalf. You remain solely responsible for all content published to your Pinterest account through ZedPins. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Pinterest.
7. AI-Generated Content
ZedPins uses Google Gemini AI to generate suggested pin titles, descriptions, and alt text based on images you upload. AI-generated suggestions are provided as a starting point only. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all content before publishing. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, quality, or suitability of AI-generated suggestions.
8. Content and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all images and content you upload to ZedPins. By uploading content, you grant ZedPins a limited licence to store and transmit that content solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any other purpose.
9. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time from your settings screen. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All data associated with your account, including uploaded images, pin history, team member accounts, and Pinterest tokens, will be immediately and permanently deleted. A deleted account cannot be reactivated. You may sign up for a new account at any time.
10. Service Availability
We aim to keep ZedPins available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime outside our control. We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions.
11. Limitation of Liability
ZedPins is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of ZedPins, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, or damage arising from Pinterest API changes or outages.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, without prior notice and without refund. You may terminate your account at any time as described in section 9.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of ZedPins after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
